A Habitat ReStore is a retail outlet for new and reusable home improvement products and household items at greatly discounted prices. The ReStore receives items donated by contractors, renovators, builders, individuals and retailers. It then markets them to the general public. This contributes to a greener environment by diverting what might otherwise go to the landfill.  Money then assists the affliliate in funding builds and maintaining operations.

Exeter 
The Exeter ReStore for Habitat for Humanity Huron County located at 309 Main Street South with hours on:
 
Tuesday to Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and
Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

There are exceptional deals on everything from building materials, home renovation supplies, hardware, lighting, plumbing, kitchen, bath, furniture and so much more.  Drop by regularly to check on our ever changing inventory.

Goderich
The Goderich ReStore for Habitat for Humanity Huron County located at the Zehrs, Walmart, Canadian Tire Plaza and is open:
 
Tuesday to Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and
Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Walkathon
October 2, Exeter

Once again we are having our Annual Walkathon and you can help us by getting pledges and joining us for the Walkathon.  Funds raised from the walkathon are used for home building in Huron County.  We need your support to help eliminate poverty housing in Huron County.

The walkathon is taking place on Saturday, October 2, 2010 beginning at 9:00 am from MacNaughton Park, Hill Street, Exeter.  We will be walking the MacNaughton - Morrison Trail as it winds through the picturesque Ausable River Valley between MacNaughton Park in Exeter to the Morrison Dam Conservation Area and returning by the North trail to the park.
