We believe there is a role for everyone committed to our mission, vision and values, and we seek to enrich our organization through diversity.

In 2003, a small group of people from the Hensall United Church established a seed committee to determine whether a County-wide approach would be the best way to embark on the Habitat journey. Similar ideas had been expressed in the north end of County which includes Wingham. From humble beginnings, Habitat Huron County began to take shape.

Since our inception, we have built, on average, a home a year.

Three ReStores were opened. The revenue generated from the ReStores help with the administrative costs and support the construction projects.
